Appraisals - We often advise major banks in respect of proposed developments they are assisting funding, and can provide a similar service to private clients. It is of course important to know that your proposed development will actually produce the returns you envisage and we can advise in respect of the site, the cost of the works and the end value, in order to give clients an informed position from which to decide on the feasibility or otherwise of ideas.

Advice - We often have an input into projects for, as valuers, we can often see ways of making a proposal more profitable either by reducing costs or altering the development possibly in terms of type, use or even the number of units. Our aim is to advise you how to get the best value from your assets.

Monitoring - We can monitor developments and indeed do offer a monitoring service to many banks, advising in respect of tranche release of funding and to ensure that the project is progressing at a satisfactory rate and within budget.
