A Property Management service is available for both commercial and residential properties.

It is important that your valuable assets are correctly managed. It is of no benefit to anybody if they receive a very high rent for a short period of time only to suddenly find the tenant has disappeared and the property all but destroyed. We aim to ensure that landlords obtain the best return from their investments at the lowest risk.

We can take away all of the hassle of dealing with tenants, day to day repairs etc, in order that landlords may simply receive their quarterly rent cheques.

TAXATION

Tax advice can be given for Capital Gains, Inheritance, Tax Planning and Rating matters.

It is extremely important that valuations for taxation purposes are correct and by liaising with your Accountant, we aim to reduce your tax liability where possible. Correct tax planning can result in considerable savings.

COMPULSORY PURCHASE

Advice and assistance in dealing with compulsory purchase of property.

Normally in Compulsory Purchase matters our fees are paid by the acquiring authority, and it is our experience that those who instruct ourselves to negotiate on their behalf receive a much more beneficial compensation package than those who simply try to deal with the matter themselves. We would also point out to particularly busy business people that their own time input cannot be compensated for under the compensation code, and therefore they are much better advised to employ an experienced Chartered Surveyor to negotiate on their behalf whilst they carry on running their business and managing the move.

EXPERT WITNESS

Both Les Byrom & Huw Thomas are Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and experienced in giving evidence in Court. Huw Thomas is also a Member of the Expert Witness Institute, one of less than two hundred Chartered Surveyors to be so recognised.
